I bought the Hydrofeet Gold Women's High Heel Inserts primarily for my work shoes. I'm so happy I did.My other inserts needed replacing, so I was looking. I'm very glad I found these. I love the way they feel and move with my feet when I walk because of the liquid insole. I have tried several other brands. I much prefer the Hydrofeet Gold. My feet were tired and some of my toes were feeling a bit numb after long hours when I'm on my feet all day or even when I'm sitting at a desk. My feet feel much better now. I'm so happy I found these. They are also very comfortable with flats and high heels. I love my high heels, but not the pain. The inserts are a lifesaver with heels. Excellent delivery time and I really liked the packaging. Try them yourself. I think you'll be very happy. I know my feet and toes sure are. And that makes me happy!

These do provide decent arch support. I deducted 1 star because it is slightly too wide in dress shoes, so I cannot push them as far down as I'd like. The cushion is slight, but not great.

They look like they are made well, but not what I thought they would be. I could not get them to stay put in my shoe, they slid all over and did not feel very stable. They also made my shoes tighter and was not very comfortable for me at all. I tried them in a couple different types of my shoes, but didn't work in any, couldnt even stand in them for a minute. I see that some people really like them, so I guess it's worth giving a try, maybe it just depends on your foot, but for the price and all the positive reviews I read I was expecting something different. Did not work at all for me, felt kind of lumpy under my feet.

I was not impressed with these and honestly question the legitimacy of the other raving reviews. They are very thin, in my opinion the drop of liquid in them doesn't really do anything and they move around in your shoes. If your foot isn't on it just right, it actually adds pain because of the ridges in the liners that you're now standing on. For $25, I expected a much better product.
