Great value
Very sharp for the first couple of holes I drilled. The tile and concrete I was drilling was the hardest I've ever drilled. Before buying these I had already destroyed 2 other bits drilling 4 holes. This bit made it through 4 more holes. I would buy them again.

Very nice
What can I say? They go through porcelain tile like a knife through butter. The cross patters makes a difference. I never hung towel bars with so little effort. Highly recommend.

Very Sharp. Note: Needs Cooling Water
These did what I expected from tile-capable drill bits. Slow going but they get you there. However, my first set wore out after only a few holes. I complained and the manufacturer sent me a replacement set.In the meantime I bought a different brand and there were not very capable of drilling ceramic tile at all. It made me realize how good these bits are, albeit maybe not very durable. But the other brand instructed me to use cooling water. Hmmm.Because I was drilling into wall tile in a bathroom I wasn't able to keep water flowing. But I did start (with the replacement set) to dip the bit into a cup of water after each minute or so. I had to sneak up on the hole diameter - they are very slow going - but with a bit of patience, bob's your uncle. And the bits appear to be as good as new. Time will tell.So I'm revising my rating to 4 stars. I would prefer these bits not need cooling and last longer drilling dry. But maybe that is unreasonable at this price point. The comparison in drilling between these and a similar product is night and day. So I'll live with the negatives and will not hesitate to buy more when these get dull.

Wet drill
Drilled tile very well and quickly. Just keep the bit wet by dipping it in water often and don't force it. Happy with this purchase.

They Work but Be Prepared for Bit Breaks
First, remember to use the right tools. These are the kind that fit the pop in chuck, not the screw tight kind. You pull the bit holder away from you, and it snaps back on a notch in the bit. Most hammer/impact drills are of this type. Next, remember to keep the bits cool. They seem to work best when colled by water every 10 minutes or so. It's also easy to see why they provide you with several bits of the most common size, 1/4", because they will break. They got the job done which in my case was drilling through some very hard and thick wall tiles. I hung my son's towel bars, towel hooks and TP holder. It took about 5 minutes per hole with a common, battery operated, 18V portable impact drill. I learned after breaking two of them to avoid pressing the drill into the work. Rather let it do the work and just apply mild pressure. The rapid cooling of the bits with water did not seem to hurt them. Do not let them get red hot because breakage occurs soon afterwards.

Very durable
I have only used 1 of them so far but I have used it like 20 times for holes in the concrete blocks of our garage walls. It still cuts through the concrete like it was new. Very happy with this purchase.
