I’ll give this an average rating because I can’t say whether or not this product actually works or not, because sadly, upon first opening the product, it did NOT fit around my stomach snug enough to even begin to use it, so I have to return it for another brand that will hopefully fit, so do make sure that your waist size IS in fact 29 inches and up, and if it is 29 inches, on the low end of things, and it DOES work, you may slim yourself out of it by losing inches, so just know all this going in so you don’t get disappointed like me, should you be at the lowest end of the size spectrum of 29 inches and up. I did not know that when I ordered it, I was just excited reading the reviews.I’m 26-27 inches at the smallest part of my waistline. (I waist train, and it fluctuates a bit between those two numbers), and my husband tried with all his might to secure it around my waist, but sadly it is loose, so if I lose fat and/or inches, it will be even MORE loose, so it doesn’t make sense to bother for me. Just posting this review as a word of caution for smaller-sized ladies (and gentlemen).The price is fabulous if this actually works, and I was excited to try it, but it just will NOT fit me right. I wanted this model most because of the length of it. It’s much shorter in the back, but it covers you from top to bottom in the front. I wish I could tighten it up more. I had high hopes in this model and do recommend trying it out if it suits your size.Just a little bit of sizing help for those who may not fit the bill for this product. Now I have to pay more for way less coverage. A darned bummer, for sure 😢. Plus, this is the only model that is a complete ice pack, no area is left uncold, but other brands have small ice packets in pockets. I’d think this design would be WAYYYY more effective.**I hope my review has been helpful. I purchased this with the intentions of losing my fat around my waist and bra fat. I started 6 weeks ago and proud to say it is working very well. I use it twice a day (front-stomach) and then (back-bra fat)...I use it 4-6 days a week and so far I have lost 2 inches on my bra area and 3 inches around my stomach. Wonderful!After 12 weeks of using this item, I was 190 lbs. and now I am down to 169 lbs. I didn't do any strenuous exercises. I changed my diet. No red meat, dairy, or pork. I watched my portions (I wasn't hungry at all) and did yoga with my daughter (instructor) 1 day a week. Focused on fresh fruits and vegetables. I also drank 50 ounces of water a day. I used this item 4-5 times a week. The problem is no that I have lost the weight and inches around my mid section and bra area, there is skin there...so to fix that I purchased camisoles to flatten the skin and wear a mid section training belt which makes it sweat and starting to notice the skin is disappearing....BUT...this works for me. You have to find what works for you. I am an older woman (61 years young) and won't consider lipo or other surgery.The thing is to be CONSISTENT, positive about the slow results, eat healthy, drink plenty of water to flush the system and get plenty of rest.This does work..

I forgot to measure my waist until the 3rd day of wear, but I had just weighed myself. At less than a week in, I'm down 2 pounds. Not sure if that's just water weight or actually from the CryoBod, but I'll update as I progress thru using it.I use it once a day in the evening throughout the week, since I work in an open office, and usually try to use it 2-3 times per day on the weekends. It's cold, but I use it over a t-shirt. I haven't bothered to use the sleeve that came with it. I tolerate cold pretty well so it doesn't bother me. If this works well enough on my tummy, I'll be getting the one for the arms/chin. Old age isn't being very kind and I have always carried extra weight despite limiting diet, exercise, etc. This looks to have promise for someone who's tired of fighting against her body fighting letting go of fat. Fingers crossed.Week 3-4...same old story. No further progress. Returning for a refund.

I have had 2 kids and have an unstable thyroid issue that ranges on the hypothyroidism levels and also have been diagnosed with prediabetes. And as icing on the cake, I also have severe asthma. I have been on a rigorous exercise and diet regime for about 6 years. I also go on rigorous 14-20 mile hikes up the high sierra nevada country every 2 weeks. I for the life of me cannot get rid of the excess fat on my body. It is like my body is completely working against itself in every way. It seems that every exercise and rigorous activity I do, my body goes haywire loses its circuits. It completely refuses to melt my extra top fat layers. Instead, it collects the fat even more! They say muscle burns fat and I have developed muscles underneath all of these chunks, but still the fat just won't go away.So far I am on week 4 of this cryobod and I have lost inches off my waist! OMG this is working! I started doing this 5 times a week but got so excited with the results I moved it to 6-7 times a week. Of course with proper diet and keeping active as well. This is the only thing that has helped me lose inches, all I can say is wow! I have lost 5 inches off my waist. 5 inches! I keep double checking and triple checking the tape measure just to be sure too. It's also convenient and you can move around and do chores while freezing off fat.Not only is this product made in America, but they have excellent customer service. I accidently bought the woman size at first and it was a little too small for me so they were so kind to help me get the right size. All in all a most pleasant experience with this company! This cryobod product is definitely worth trying out for sure!

I’ve been using the belt for almost 3 months and it’s been very effective on loosing inches from my tummy and sides and my pants are feeling looser now. Especially during hot weather it feels really good to use it.

Sure its uncomfortable, but who said pretty doesnt hurt. If you got yourself to the point you are, and seeking this... then deal with it.You need an extra person to help tighten the belt to get the fully use of it. Besides that it bloody heck works!You must ofc have a tolerance to the cold, but sooner you feel numb enough to not feel it.Get this if you are willing to lose. Dont get it if your weak in mind and dont want to lose that Christmas weights that you been avoiding to get rid of.

I tried for a few weeks and I did not see the results, and the same belt is half price on the sellers website if you want to try it.

Used for few weeks. No results at all.

Developed several holes and started leaking gel after it was used as per instructions only twice. DO NOT BUY.
