My wife loves this Baby & Me prenatal! She's used it through both of her pregnancies. Not only are the ingredients made from whole foods, but they contain folate, rather than the synthetic version "folic acid". She says that these make her feel better than other brands. She doesn't struggle with the taste and their mini size makes it easy for swallowing. I can also personally attest that her immune health improves while using these, she doesn't get sick with the rest of the family. Great product and will be using for the next pregnancy.

These are the only prenatals that didn't upset my stomach and were so easy to take because of the size.

They are great vitamins. The minis are easy to take but the taste is awful when already nauseous, the after taste is mental like but I just try to get them down as fast as possible

These helped keep me energized and healthy postpartum! Great for after having the baby and to help ensure you’re getting all the nutrients you need to breastfeed, and stay healthy during the postpartum period. I definitely recommend. They’re small, easy to take.. don’t leave any after taste .. and do not cause constipation which is a problem with some supplements as other moms may know.

I bought the orignal/larger version from my local pharmacy, who recommended the version of folic acid/folate that this brand uses. It was really difficult to swallow and I was nervous about buying this “mini” version because it still looks fairly large. Luckily I can attest they’re much easier to swallow and it feels feasible to do 4x/per day. Zero side effects. Just an FYI if that’s a factor in your decision making!

Megafood is the best prenatal vitamin I have ever taken. After giving birth (2 years and half ago) I lost alot of my hair and had a big bald spot on my head. This vitamin truly helped me recover my hair back and crazy enough my curls have become more defined. It's my 3rd month taking it and it has made a huge difference. As for pregnancy; still working on that but will come back to give a review to confirm. I highly recommend this compared to what usually OBGYN prescribed.

Good for baby (baby growing GREAT) love the small pills as I have trouble swallowing bigger pills. This pill has a metal/bitter aftertaste that was really hard to get down while nauseous UNTIL I filled my mouth with apple juice then put in the pill and swallowed. Taking this with water did not work but fruit juice masked the taste completely. I have repurchased!

Used these with our first baby and are now using them for our second. The mini capsules are easier to take compared to the normal capsules. These contain Folate which is better absorbed and is naturally occurring while folic acid is a synthetic, man-made product. Since this does not contain prenatal DHA, we paired it with Nordic Naturals Prenatal DHA pills to make sure we were getting all the nutrients needed for a happy and healthy baby.
