Pretty good. Too sweet for me, but very similar to the original p90x recovery drink.

Wow! I am very impressed with the Kaged products! First I tried the chocolate shake flavor and it was great, then I tried this Orange Kream flavor and it's heavenly good! The milk stays a cream color, natural, and it dissolves very well with a handheld milk frother. Very palatable and easy to drink after a good workout.

Great quality product. I add fast digesting carbs and feel and look more full with this product.

Pros: Same quality taste and product.Cons: Price went up up up and they added less serving.

This orange protein mix is pretty tasty. But I do prefer it better mixed with milk or milk substitute like coconut milk rather than just water. It's a bit on the sweet side. If you like orange protein shakes I recommend it. It has a little bit of a taste like orange Julius.

I really like the choice of ingredients for after workout, but the taste is extremely sweet. Takes a lot of water to swallow it.

First let me start by saying that their are not many post workouts that actually include the most essential ingredient of a recovery supp, which is high quality whey isolate. So I applaud Khris for making an all in one product. A lot of people who have an adequate knowledge of supplementation might be scared off by the added creatine and amino acids considering amino spiking was so prevalent not too long ago. This is not the case here as Kris has provided 3rd party lab testing that you can check yourself. However the added creatine, glutamine and betaine are just the icing on the cake here as the real star of the show is the great tasting 28 grams of wpi. I am of the opinion that isolates(because of how thin they mix) are best in refreshing fruit flavors as opposed to your typical milkshake flavors. That's exactly what you get here with strawberry lemonade and orange cream which IMO are both equally great. The stevia/sucralose system may be too sweet for some. Points for coloring being natrual. I am curious as to why coconut creamer(contains maltodextrin!?)was added as it seems to just add to the calorie/fat/sugar total which may be a little high for some looking to lean bulk.I like to water it down a bit more and use a full poland spring bottle. I also add 5 grams of kaged muscle creaclear(best creatine monohydrate on the market). The prohydrolyze in this product ensures that digestibility Is on another level without denaturing the protein like for example ion exchange whey. The biggest issue with this product is the price. I only buy it when it is on sale. If the product maybe shed the glutamine and added a full 3 to 4 grams of the creatine hcl and afull clinical dose of betaine I would be more inclined to make it the only protein I buy. The kaged muscle line is system based as this might not be an issue for some. Wanted to end by saying I'm not a kaged muscle fanboy as I think the pre workout is terrible(very jittery) so you can count on this being an unbiased reveiw. Most importantly this product has helped me put on LEAN muscle in my two months of use in conjunction with Nutrabio Pre.

Have tried many protein shakes but this is the best.I am a big Kris Gethin fan and follow his routine in the gym.This is the best quality protein shake I have ever had and i would recommend it to everyone.Have it with chilled water and enjoy the taste and the gains which you will eventually get .
