My dog didn't waste any time getting used to this dish. Where his food was gone in seconds now it takes about 3 minutes. We shall persevere. I am glad I purchased it.

1st slow feeder I have used and has made a world of a difference for my dog who scoffs food down in minutes is now taking twice as long - if not longer.Easy to clean though food can sometimes get stuck in the corners which can be seen as good because your dog will take a long time trying to get it out

Unfortunately our dog is not coping with it, there seems to be too many sections in it. The rubber feet down stick to the floor and she keeps unending the bowl, then she is not able to turn it back over. Very disappointing 😞

Just what we were looking for,our Labrador now chews her food instead of bolting it down,before she used to vomit up her food,we have raised the height too which helps.

We have a two year old greyhound that inhales her food. We have tried other slow feeders, but because her nose and mouth are like a set of needle-nose pliers, she very quickly outsmarts most bowl’s designs or they simply don’t phase her at all.This is the first slow feeder that actually slows her down significantly and she hasn’t outsmarted in a day. She can’t just eat in a swirl pattern like how a lot of the feeders are designed. She has to work for it. Because it properly fits in the raised feeder, she can’t flip it either. She has finally slowed down her eating to a reasonable pace. It’s also easy to clean in the dishwasher.Great product and well worth the money for dogs that make quick work of other feeders on the market!

My dog is a really fast eater. She used to eat a little over a cup in less than a minute. I bought this slow feeder to deter this and it has worked wonders! My dog would eat so fast that it would make her burp periodically after eating and sometimes make her sick. This has helped tremendously with these issues. The star design is fantastic for the placement of the food. I have used the rose design of slow feeder bowls and they are a little more frustrating to put large kibble chunks into. This bowl also sits into a food bowl stand that I purchased on Amazon that makes it more enjoyable. The other slow feeders have a huge bottom and are unable to fit into the elevated stand. I like that the material is a durable plastic so that the bowl does not get destroyed as easily.

Mon chiot Bouvier Bernois : gamelle ordinaire = 1 mn sans aucune pause ; gamelle anti glouton donnée par mon véto = 3 mn, là encore sans aucune pauseCette gamelle fait encore mieux : première utilisation, 12mn chrono sans pause. Maintenant, avec l'habitude, le repas lui prend environ 7 à 10 mn mais maintenant il fait même des courtes pauses lors de ses repas ce qui allonge la durée d'autant.Je recommande cette gamelle dont l'efficacité, même si elle n'atteint pas dans mon cas les durées annoncées, est bien supérieure à une gamelle anti-glouton "classique".
