Q: Can this be used on driveways?

Yes, but I recommend not using it on very steep driveways as it will be difficult to not end up at the bottom of it.

Q: What is the width of the padded board? And the width between the top rails?

Width of the padded board is 10.75 inches and between top rails is just a touch over 15.5 inches wide.

Q: My boyfriend is 6'5 and over 300lbs. Would this be good for him?

I am 5ft 9 and less than 200 lbs and I still find some difficulty getting under cars with this. It would be better if it were somewhat wider

Q: How large are the wheels? Do they get caught in grooves easily?

The wheels are three inch diameter and 5/8 inches thick. I bought it to work at floor level in my house, which, fortunately, has no significant grooves. Any groove larger than 1/2 inch would/could be problematic.
