Well, yesterday was the first day that I took Resveratrol. I purchased it because of the talk about aging and, was unaware of the other positive benefits. In the month of June, I fell asleep on my right arm and have been having some wrist, arm, elbow, and upper arm pains since that time. I went to a masseuse, and it stopped for a while but returned.
