Super cute and a nice thing to keep as a baby keepsake. I rinsed it in warm water first and im not sure if this is why but I feel like the wood started making some microscopic splinters. I started getting some pricking sensations in my fingers after handling it. I'm hoping through time it will go away? It's not bad like a hairdresser gets when cutting hair but it's noticeable.

I ordered one because my son is obsessed with a similar one we were gifted at our baby shower and loved the idea of it being customized with his name. Posted in the photo is a safer one you can get at target which sells in many different colors. My concern is the customized one has a wire to hold all the silicone beads and I worry about its durability. If it breaks I worry my son will try to eat and possibly choke on the beads. I will always supervise his play with it and if it breaks toss it obviously. The target one is all silicone without the wire and the wood is of better quality too. My son likes both products but I am less worried with the target brand vs the customized one. I also wish there were more color options.

I love the soft smooth rubbery feel that the teether has. My 3 month old just started grabbing bigger objects and he can hold this firmly in his hands. No pointy edges. The personalization is a wonderful added touch. If you're looking for a gift, a teether/rattle toy or a keepsake. This is nice and a love the color. I included a pic with a ruler so you can see the nice size. Not too big, not too small.Update: After a 2-3 washes the wood rings get rough and they have a little type of a splinter feel. I really still do love this but I have to put it away now as I don't want my little boy chewing on this. It was good for a little while. Nice keepsake. Hope this helps

Updating my previous review. I received the the corrected item today. The company was great with responding and rectifying the issue. I just love this teething/rattle. Plus it could also be kept as a Keepsake for later years. This was a gift for my niece & she loves it.Thank You Munchewy 😊👍👍

I bought this as a gift for my friends newborn baby boy. I have a few silicone beaded pacifier clips for my 2 kids from a few years back when they used them so I knew that I was looking for something similar to personalize. I loved the ease of cleaning the silicone beaded pacifier clips and knew that it was sturdy for my kids (none had ever fallen apart). Decided on a teether because I wasn't sure if her baby boy took a pacifier then a clip would be useless. This is much cuter for a gift, it's so cute! The wooden rings and bead are really smooth and it's really strong. I feel confident that this will hold up.

Purchased for my first grand baby due later this year. It’s soft yet firm, and I love that I was able to personalize it with her name. It will make the perfect present topper for the baby shower.

My son loves this. I tested before giving it to him by pulling hard and messing with the wood pieces to make sure it would not break or hurt him in any way. Passed all mommy test.

Vale la pena aspettare i tempi di consegna anzi è arrivato anche in anticipo. E’ stato un piccolo pensiero ed è stato il più azzeccato è bello. E grande come una mano di un adulto. Mi dispiace solo non aver fatto una foto prima di averlo consegnato alla destinataria. Comunque consiglio moltissimo questo prodotto.
