Works well. Doesn't feel greasy or heavy. I've had no breakouts so far. I took one star off for the smell. I generally don't like the smell of "unscented" products and this one smells a lot like glycerin (one of the ingredients) . Otherwise this is a great lotion.

I can't use products with fragrances and other additives and am also prone to acne. This product is the only facial moisturizer on the market I can use. It's light - NOT petroleum based and doesn't cause breakouts - and doesn't cause my sensitive skin any trouble. Since switching to this moisturizer, Toleriane facial cleanser, and a prescription topical acne medication, my skin has been perfect. I'm grateful for its existence!
