Bath & Robes Women's 100% Cotton Chenille Bed Jacket Embroidered

I feel SO special to have been able to purchase this gorgeous, luxurious, beautifully made, perectly fitting, warm but not too hot, genuine chenille bed jacket for MYSELF!!! How can anyone not see how special it is??? I first fell in love with the company's long robe version, but $75 was too much for my budget. When I found this version I was thrilled...had just enough gift card to go for it. The fifty bucks is still more costly than I had planned on, but is every bit worth it.The cream color is NOT drab (?), but is a lush cream, the embroidered pink flower sweet. The fit is incredible on me: lovely loooong sleeves with raised designs, to hip length, and, to me, one button is plenty. The button and its loop holder are very sturdy and pretty.I am on disability, currently having to sleep in a lounge chair without my warm bed blankets, (a long story), with an electric throw only, and my top gets cold. This is perfect for my resting and sleeping in addition. Yet how great to take it off if too much, much easier than removing a full robe.I can't say enough good things about this purchase, arrived and worn today, even now. But my finger is tired. 🙃 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁 😇🎵🇺🇸💕

This was purchased for my 70 year old sister. Her house is chilly in the winter. The bed jacket is a beautiful mint green. The fabric is a traditional chenille, meaning it is cotton, breathable, soft (gets softer with each wash), and warm but not heavy, thick, or too warm. It comes to her waist. The fit is perfect. It is roomy so if you like fitted order down a size. 2X size is a 2X. She loved it because it reminded her of one she had back in the 70's. It is not dated, does not look like an old ladies house coat. I am so grateful these are coming back. If you are looking for something to take the chill off of your upper body and still be able to move around easily(on the couch or in bed reading or watching TV), this is for you.

I love this bed jacket. Very soft and warm, but not too warm! Runs true to size. Wasn't sure if I should get medium or large. All depends on the cut for me. I erred on the side of caution and purchased a large. It is big on me, but not huge. My mother-in-law is a seamstress, so no problem with that! I don't car for sleeves that are so wide at the wrist because it is easy to catch on door knobs or to get wet, but again, it is not a big issue for me since MIL will taper them. It DOES shed when wash (at least first time), so be careful what you wash it with. I washed mine inside out, but still was pretty fuzzy. With those few slightlynegatives, I must say, I am really happy that I bought this jacket!

Love it! I got it as a gift for someone having surgery. Perfect extra layer in a cold hospital.I am a small person, 5’2”, 112 lbs., I wear a size 6. The medium fits me perfectly. It would be snug on a larger person. Just to keep in mind when choosing a size.

This a GORGEOUS bedjacket, and best of all, made of 100% cotton! So it breathes and is extremely comfortable and cozy. It is thick, soft, and just the prettiest bedjacket I have found in years. I have found others, but if they are polyester, I tend to get hot and uncomfortable. Bedjackets are NOT for little old ladies; I have been wearing them since college as an alternative to a big heavy robe, and love it when I can find that perfect pretty AND comfy one!! THIS IS IT!!

I’ve purchased one for me and four for gifts! 100% cotton chenille! Cute style. Cell phone fits in pocket. And nostalgic. My mom always wore one. Come on, people. Let’s bring back the bed jacket

Like being wrapped in a nice, comfy bedspread. One pocket. I really like that it has no fussy collar or ruffles, just very simple. Closes with one oversized button and a loop, which is easy for these 73-year-old hands to work. So hard to find non-polyester bed jackets! Thank you.

I spend several hours each night sitting up in bed reading. This bed jacket is perfect for that. When it gets chilly, I can pull this on without having the bulk of a full-length robe under the covers. It is well-made, warm and snuggly. So comfortable! Some chenille products have too much plain fabric between the soft, nubby cords but this one is perfect. The jacket is a little heavier than I anticipated but delightfully so. I've noticed some reviews mention the fabric is not 100% cotton. My tag, however, reads 100% cotton. I sized up because I plan to put it in the dryer on occasion and I’m sure it will shrink a little. I would not, however, describe the color as mint; I would describe it as celery. It’s a lovely color. I’m so happy with this, I plan to order the matching full-length robe.
