Womens Waist Cincher Body Shaper Trainer Girdle Faja Tummy Control Underwear Shapewear (Plus Size)

While there is never going to be a miracle girdle that perfectly combines absolute comfort, perfectly firm control, and super smooth front panel, this one comes pretty darn close. I was looking for an old-fashioned firm control girdle that would help my formalwear look right on an upcoming cruise (let's face it, that is always as much about the right underwear as it is the right dress) and decided to give this a shot. I was nervous about buying undergarments without trying them on first, but I went exactly by the sizing chart from Sweet Cherry and the fit is perfect (I am 5'6, 176 pounds and ordered the XL). The leg openings are plenty roomy, long enough to tame my hips and give a smooth line at the bottom and there is minimal bulging over the top, I suspect some people have ordered in a too-small size as I am plenty bulky in the thighs and waist. It is stretchy enough to be reasonably comfortable and seems to stay up well for the short periods I have worn it, which is an improvement over most similar high-waisted products as they usually tend to roll. The hooks at the crotch are easily accessible for bathroom breaks as well, I've owned a few pieces where they were set so far towards the rear that it took an act of gymnastics to get them open, that is not the case here.I will say that it is more effective at smoothing and evening out my very, very asymmetrical hips than it is at completely flattening my 2x c-section tummy, I'd like the front hook panels to come down about an inch or two lower and be just a little more firm to hold me in a bit better, but it definitely does smooth out the worst of the lumps and give a better line and more defined waist under dresses. There is also just a little bit of bunching around the hooks and eyes, but it did not show through my dress (that might be an issue if you are wearing a more sheer fabric).Overall it is a nice piece of shapewear at a better than usual price point.

I am changing my score due to poor customer service in keeping a valued customer. After I had entered my review from my purchase; I was offered a free item. When the free item arrived I noticed a tear on the butt side. I asked if it could be exchanged since they sent me a defected one. It took them 3 days to respond after I emailed again but I was told that they don't do exchanges on free items. I can understand if I wanted a different color, size or style but they sent me a defected product regardless if it was free or not. I responded back but 12 days later no response. I base my shopping on the customer service a company provides and how they retain their customers. In this instant they did not. I posted a picture of the free defected item they sent me for my review. An item that I will never get to wear. 2 stars for them.I did a lot of research on which waist trimmer I wanted to invest in. After reading all the reviews for this product, I was sold and of course couldn't decide between the waist cincher or the corset. I chose the waist cincher. I really don't purchase clothing especially undergarments online. I hate to be disappointed and go through the trouble of returning it. I am 5'4", 150 lbs. I normally wear a medium or size 8/10 however from reading the reviews on what size I should get and looking at the chart provided, I purchased the large. The large fit perfect, like a glove. At first it was tight but I got use to it and I also realized that I really need to work on my core section, LOL. The reason why I bought it was to suck in my belly. The material is very durable especially since I have long nails (no tears from them yet). I haven't had any issues with the product. It stays up especially if you have to literally run back and forth across a 3500 sq ft room. I love the easy hooks in the crotch and it wasn't uncomfortable as I thought however don't wait until the last minute to go to the ladies room. I wish there were more products by this company.

I decided on a whim to try a different waist trainer and it was a HUGE mistake.first I'll start off on the pros,this does not create panty lines (when wearing jeans at least) which is amazing for anything that is brief. it definitely shapes hips and love handles very very well.now the cons.I've tried a few dozen variations of these and while I know they're not magic and they tend to make a little bit of a ahem roll at the top, the roll this created was TERRIBLE i had to wear a fairly loose t-shirt just to hide that.also the clasp part pretty much shows through ANYTHING I tried it on with a normal t-shirt and you could see all the individual claps.while wearing it it came down SO MUCH i am use to things riding up or down a bit and it happens but this standing still it would ride down and not a little bit like to the point it was just underwear.also this did little to nothing to the lower stomach for me which is the area i most want to cover.I could see this being great for someone who's already pretty in shape and just needs a little LITTLE bit of coverage but for how thick and uncomfortable it is I just don't see a point. I would advise people away from this and buy something else because while it does work a bit you'd have to wear something loose for the claps showing through alone and that defeats the whole point.
