I've been buying this cream for a year directly from Duke Cannon and it is a GREAT product. It helps my partner who suffers from a terrible genetic condition that affects the skin on his feet. The 2 jars I received from this seller are NOT THE SAME as what I buy from Duke Cannon. The jars were double sealed and the Duke Cannon website clearly states that the jars ARE NOT SEALED. Instead of the usual thick cream consistency, this product is more like a sticky goo and it smells like burnt paraffin. I see another reviewer mentioned this, but that review was posted after I ordered these in early October. The jars themselves do not look the same either. We just opened the jars today or I would have posted this and returned the items sooner. BUY DIRECTLY FROM DUKE CANNON to ensure you get a quality product.

Although this product is marketed toward men, there's nothing about it that I don't love. My hands take a beating from work (I'm an RN with constant hand washing), and they take a beating from my love for major home renovation projects. This winter my hands have been so dry that they crack open and are incredibly painful and irritated. Bloody knuckles is the very best product at mending working hands-- and trust me, I've tried them all. Unlike other products, bloody knuckles is not overly oily or waxy. It's a luxurious consistency that my hands literally drink up (it's not too thick, not too thin). I put it on every night at bedtime and it's so effective that I only occasionally apply during the day. It's an incredible hand restoring cream and it's well worth the money.I just edited this review to include before and after pictures. I took the before pictures because I had walked my dogs on a bitterly cold night--. when I got home my hands were so, so painful and cracked that I just happened to take a picture and went straight to Amazon to try and find a new solution to fix these hands of mine. I ordered Bloody Knuckles of course and have been so impressed that I wrote a review and then took some after pictures to compare. The pictures cannot do it justice in the way my hands look and feel. These pictures have not been retouched. They were taken in the same place, with the same lighting at the same time of day. The difference in the color of my hands is literally from the difference in my hands being chapped/irritated and red versus about two weeks of healing from using the cream. I'm sure they'll continue to look and feel better as I continue to use the cream over the long term.

I am a 29 year-old woman. I live in a cold, arid climate. I work in a restaurant. I wash my hands a lot, they crack and bleed and it gets bad, especially during winter. It honestly was so embarrassing I wasn't sure what options I had :(I bought this and now, I seriously never am without it. I can't believe the value! I bought one container (just the regular circular one) and it has now lasted me over a year!!! I just bought another one ~a week ago, but seriously, a little bit goes a long way.... so even though I bought a new one for fear of running out....I've still been using my first/original purchase for a week and a half... and I think I have at least another 2 weeks left til it's out! It really has blown my mind how long it's lasted. I recommend this to all of my friends that work in the industry. We need products like this because most lotions either rub off after you wash your hands or it's too fragrant. I hate when people wear fragrances when you're trying to eat, am I right? Bleckkkkkk.I love that there is NO SCENT. I also love that it is NOT GREASY! I'm serious..... this is the greatest moisturizer available. I would easily pay double, if not triple for this. First off, I am 77 years old and my hands are dry under normal conditions. But during this pandemic, like so many other people, I've been following a stricter regime for washing them. Consequently, my hands became chapped to the point where they were red and very uncomfortable, especially between my fingers and on the top of them. Ironically, I learned about Bloody Knuckles from my dental hygienist at my regular sux-month dental appointment. She's normally talkative anyway, and while she was cleaning my teeth, I mentioned how miserable my hands were. As a hygienist, she said that she and everyone in her office had recently started using a hand balm that had almost instantaneously cleared up their chapped hands. She told me I'd laugh at the name of it and the fact that it's more commonly used by men who do physical labor in construction or other similar work. That's when she told me it was called Bloody Knuckles. I said that I didn't care who it was originally made for, if there was a chance it'd work on my chapped hands, I would be willing to try it. Immediately after getting home, I found Bloody Knuckles on my favorite shopping site, Amazon, of course. When I received it, I began using it every few hours during the day, and I put it on when I went to bed so it could work all night. Lo and behold and much to my delight, I could tell the difference in my hands within a couple of days! I was so happy to have found a remedy to cure my chapped hands! The only downside is that it's a balm rather than a lotion, so I had to wipe the palms of my hands with a tissue so they weren't slippery. At night I wore gloves to avoid getting it on my sheets and pillowcases. But any inconvenience with having to do those things was definitely overridden by how quickly my hands started feeling better. Now I don't use it as frequently as when I first bought it, but Bloody Knuckles has a permanent spot on my bathroom shelves. Pretty funny that I not only got my teeth cleaned during my dental visit, I also found a cure for my miserably chapped hands!
