Great quality ingredients without the sugar
I have used the Smarty Pants gummies but I didn't like adding more sugar to my day with my vitamins. So switched over to capsule. Very easy to swallow, dissolves quickly. 1 drawback that can't really be helped is - fish after taste for an hour or so.

Fishy Burpy OIL taste gross
I had a lot of hopes for this vitamin it looks like the perfect vitamin for women over 50 everything in one little cap . The company says there are no products of fish or shellfish in their product. While that may be true, It didn’t prevent these caps from having some really gross algal oil that’s worse than fish oil I couldn’t get it off my fingers I was burping it up for hours. I cut the oil thing off the end of it and I could still taste and burped from it and couldn’t get it off my scissors it’s disgusting I don’t know how a company could not go with krill oil that is way better. From what I understand the only time you’ll taste as Smarty Pants put it a “marine tatse” no it’s a really bad fishy burping taste 🤮 If the algal oil is low quality I have researched that is when you find that taste. Sad

Good idea but stinky
These have everything I need, but unfortunately these stink and taste really bad to me. They are clear caps and you can see that they add oil to one end of each cap. I know it is the oil that smells and tastes bad. When I burp I can taste the contents. I sure hope one doesn't get stuck in my throat! I am going to try to take them until the end of the bottle and at that time I will decide if they are worth a reorder. I think using gel caps would have been better, but I don't know.

In the beginning, I did feel better but..
I took a chance and bought these vitamins b/c I wanted something that was more natural. I am starting to see that my energy levels are better but I’m not certain if I will reorder these. I’ve taken them without food and with food and I still burp fish. Not very pleasant. I may try the gummies instead.Update: I will not even order the gummies with this brand. I have no idea what kind of fish oil is in these but it made me sick. I’ve never had this kind of reaction before. I had maybe 4 or 5 left in the bottle and they went in the trash. Buyer beware, I’d seriously do my homework before I even thought about buying these or any other supplements with fish oil.

Best Multivitamin for ladies 50+
I've been taking SmartyPants Multivitamin consistently now for almost a year. It provides nearly everything I need in one easy-to-swallow, unique looking capsule with breakfast in the morning. I love that it also has Omega DHA & Zinc among other things to keep me healthy. We live in a time where food alone (without supplementation) won't provide the total sum of what you need. SmartyPants Multivitamin provides that for me. Good value, great product and a great to company to work with.

They smell horrible
I’ve been ordering these for several months. The smell has kinda grossed me out but took them anyways. Recently bout same vitamins at Target. No smell at all. I had read some reviews about them being old when bought on Amazon. I agree. I will not reorder. Bad product.

Horrible reflux which tastes like fish!
I researched vitamins throughly, this had great reviews plus fish oil. I’ve taken fish oil before with food. When I opened the bottle it had a strong fish oil smell. I tried it for a month, almost every day I had some type of reflux, all tasting of fish. I tried them before, during, and after the meal, with various levels of success. Never without food! When I vomited fish oil I gave up. This might not happen to you, but if you have acid reflux of a sensitive stomach I would advise against. Back to square one.
