Excellent way to get a Whole Mineral Magnesium
I like this product because it supplies plenty of magnesium in my diet, but also because there is a whole array of other trace minerals to balance it out. Do understand, though, that this is PRIMARILY A MAGNESIUM SUPPLEMENT, so if you are trying to specifically supplement some other mineral, you should ask your health-care-provider for a recommendation. All other minerals in this product are in relatively small doses.I am also happy that this is very low in sodium.
