No good.
Rolls up and gets bend very easily. Gave up the 1st day itself. It doesn't have a bone to hold it in place and retain the shape.

Nice quality
Nice quality ... ordered extra small and I’m not that tiny (size Uk 8) and doesn’t seem to be pulling in my waist anymore than it is without it on .. time shall tell I guess!

Read description
This isn’t advertised as a waist trainer, it is a waist cincher, mostly for use of post partum belly. if you are looking for a waist trainer, this isn’t it. Waist cinchers don’t have boning and are meant to be more flexible. I am happy with my purchase, but you should read the description before deciding to buy this product.

Terrible item
Terrible waist trainer, stitching came undone after a couple of time using the item. Basically don't waste your money buying a cheap item that could potentially do the job. It doesn't.
