I really enjoyed this book. I saw it advertised on Facebook and, for the first time, had a look and purchased as the plot appealed to me.I am so glad I did. This book did not disappoint.Rory lives a life disappointing her mum. She can do nothing to appease her meddling.One day, she snaps after a mean girl makes fun of her, and she agrees to something she would never normally do. Win the heart of the quarterback who she has crushed on from afar for years.Beckett is said quarterback.What follows is a sweet, funny, joyful tale of friendship and romance.There are plenty of twists, miscommunication, and soulful awakening to keep the plot moving and captivating.I thoroughly enjoyed this story and am planning to read more in this series.I definitely recommend this book.

I enjoyed this cute teen romance. I liked the fact that the FMC was a curvy girl and so were her friends. The book highlighted their many insecurities but the overall message about self acceptance was lovely. The romance between The two main characters was sweet and honest although I would have liked to see more of them as a couple and I couldn’t stand her mother’s attitude . I think I’d probably read the next books in the series at some point as they were a nice easy read.

You do get lost in the the story, the love between them… it was fanastic couldn’t put down and it made me think of my life growing up…when I was a child I was overweight, got bullied, name calling, yes I was fat but also I was deaf and poor…. When a was 11 years old I was 11 stone but I did diets, lost weight and stop the pattern that follow my whole life 7 years old 7 stone… when I was nineteen I lost weight wearing size 18 to 20 for a few years then the weight went up with the not following a diet…I have a husband, who I adore and 3 children… I still suffer with my weigh even know I had weight loss surgery… yes not as big as my biggest 26 stone… before surgery I was 23 stone now around 18 stone… I more happier can do more with children… like fanfares because I was too fat before at my biggest… I accepted my curves and living my life…. Not for the people who bullied me and made me feel the same as Rory but I have my happy ending with my family shame I didn’t stand up back then… so if you are young being bullied stand your ground, buy make-up, sexy clothes to make yourself better and get some good friends there everywhere look for them… I’m happy, with my children, husband, family and friends… do not hide like me… my story should be married the postman… and I work for the post office… but we met before I got the job at post office… lol… (school made me feel unloveable, or undesirable or wasn’t sexy, collage made me grow and the clubs help me be accepted and feel sexy by men and meeting my husband 20 years ago at a pub with friends in common… it was the start but it wasn’t meant to be then as it took a year for our path to meet again the the life we built is our happy family, The rest is history… be happy and please keep writing these stories… make us feel special…)

I enjoyed the book. I think it would be great for a younger reader. It definitely took me right back to my school days in a lot of ways.I just struggled to get really sucked into the story.

I could read about Rory & Beckett’s story forever. I felt like I was reading a story about my own HS experience , minus “ the guy” , such a beautiful story , so well written! From bullies , worries over weight gain, period issues, health issues and generally just trying to fit in, this covers everything, it definitely deserves to be read by many !!

This is a very nice love story that has the ability to make you smile and cheer you up and for the slightly different from norm girls make you believe in the sort of love that we all long for

Being a plus size woman and struggling with my own experience with PCOS and hypothyroidism I felt that I could related directly with Rory. My favourite part about this book wasn’t the romance, though it was cute and well written, but in the way it made me feel okay, and that I was perfect the way I was. It’s nice to have literature where the main character is curvy.Thank you Kelsie, I don’t speak on behalf of all curvy ladies and men, but I appreciate that you made me feel beautiful for the evening it took me to read this book.

This book is so cute and sweet and so emotional. I’ve never read a book where the leading lady has the same diagnostic as myself. Probably why I loved it as much as I did. Honestly Beckett is so cute and Rory is just adorable

This one is so heartwarming! It's got several laugh out loud moments, but also times where you'll be dabbing your tears. The characters are realistic and relatable and have you wanting more with them. Also, Beckett is too perfect for his own good!

I bought this for my 12 year old daughter who loves to read. She read it within 2 days she loved it. Would highly recommend for young book lovers!

Touched upon a lot of subjects that we obese women have to deal with day in and day out. A good read if you are a romantic at heart. Its high time someone wrote something dreamy and romantic for curvy women.

I started reading the book on my Kindle but I soon realized I wanted to hold this story in my hands as a book and want the whole series to stand in my shelf, so I ordered the book version and I LOVE it!!!Yes, the story might be predictable and you might know, how it ends, but it's still SO cute and fun to read! Can really recommend!!!
