Great Neck and Lower Back Relief
I put these gel packs in the freezer immediately and started using them as soon as they froze up. They seem to be made well for all intense and purposes. The box came with a body/shoulder sling which will come in very handy. The packs are advertised as COLD/Heat packs, the only problem I ran across is that my package (I don't know if they are all like this), had no instructions at all about any special use or care about freezing the packs or warming them for warm usage, so that is a guess to me until I write the company, as there is a card in the box that clearly says: "If you have a problem-we want to know about it." With a contact e-mail.

Comfort Combined with Value
I'm very pleased with this product. All of the positive reviews are right. It was put to immediate use (after the two-hour freezer time) and found to be the most comfortable way to apply an ice pack we've found yet. It will be great to have on hand for future needs. The strap attached to the pouch is wide enough to be comfortable and the fact that it attaches with velcro and not a snap or buckle makes it easy to wear. Everything we've discovered about the product is positive. Plus it's a very good buy.

Alex Tom where have you been all my life?
I have had 2 lumbar spine fusion surgeries. I’m 4 vertebrae deep with rods, cages and screws. I’ve been using the ice packs I got from the hospital, which worked ok, unless I wanted to get up & move about the house. I even tried to concoct a pocket and strap to wear the bloody things around my body. But it kept falling to my knees. This thing’s Velcro is strong and keeps my ice packs in place. Thank you. Works great for me!

strap too little
The strap to hold the pack is too little AND I AM A SMALL GUY (I am 5'6" 140 lbs) -- NOTHING LIKE THE PICTRE SHOWN)

Works perfectly, priced right & delivered quickly - what else is there?
My wife had spinal surgery in mid August and she needed to keep the incision chilled to reduce swelling and promote healing. The Doctor suggested a Gel Pack kind of cooling device, rather than using an old fashioned Ice Pack, to make it as comfortable as possible and reduce over chilling at contact points. We keep these packs in our "stand alone" freezer which is kept at 5F, and the packs still stay liquid. My wife loves these and says they fit perfectly on her back incision. Bottom Line: She's happy, I'm happy.
