Great Turkish cook book and visual help
Art is a bit light in some places. History of dishes and of Turkey is interesting. Receipts are great. I am trying one at a time.

Excellent!
Great photos, and lovely text that brought back memories of eating at small Turkish family restaurants! Haven't tried many recipes yet, but the ones we have tried are delicious!

Don't Miss Her Delicious Recipes
Incredible recipes, love the authors history woven throughout the book. We met her at her cafe in NSW and fell in love with her food. We now have all 3 books.Brenda (Vanvouver, Canada)

Highly recommend
As a person who often travels to Turkey i must say its rather comforting habing a book that contains recipes of foods that I've tried (pide, gozleme, etc). The book has beautiful photographs of both the finished recipe and of Turkey itself.

Recommended.
Lovely book. Great to read, lovely stories, lots of great recipes. It's like sitting down withe the author and talking about the recipes with her. Seems to be somewhat regional, other turkish cook books use different spices and more frequently.
