The Forgiving Quilt: East Perry County Series Book 1 of 5

Before I discuss the book I have to release some steam. This book was not a 99¢ special! What I did not expect was the extremely poor proof reading and editing. Shame on the editors for allowing this book to be published with the large number of mistakes. I was so irritated with the number of mistakes that it distracted me from enjoying an otherwise very readable book.That said, the story was very well done. This was a great summer read.

As a quilt lover, this was a fun book although really not very quilty. However I loved the friendship of the characters and how people can help to heal others just thru their care and concern. Wish it hadn't ended so suddenly and so unfulfilled however.

I have enjoyed each book in this series. I like the way the author adds some exciting bits to each book. It keeps me turning the pages to see what happens next. The author has captured the personalities of people in this part of the country as well as what it is like to move to a small community and start a business. I find these books a very pleasant relaxing read.

She's the hero of this book, the 4th book in the series about the B&B. Kate seems to attract theattention of several new available bachelors in the story. She can't decide which one she might be interested in.

5 stars from me! I love AnnHazelwood's writing. I have a problem putting any of them down. I have read nine of Ann's books. I live not far from the areas in the books settings so it was easy to imagine the setting. At the end of each book, I can't wait to read the next. I can't say that any one book is any better than another.

I just couldn't stop reading and I was surprised when I got to the end. I wanted to see what happened next!

I enjoyed reading this book. The author kept my attention with the story telling.

I loved I and I’m looking forward to the rest of the series. Kate is so personable! It was a quick read! Such a wonderful writer.

Excellent book look forward to more in this series. I loved her last series very good couldn't put them down. Keep them coming.
