I started to use it because of some mild hip pain and knee pain (turning 50 ain't easy). I've been using this collagen and not only have my knees been less noisy...lol...but my hip pain is non existent. My nails don't break easily either. My skin also smooth and looks healthy. It is tasteless in my coffee and dissolves easily. Please put this as a subscription option @Amazon.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a great collagen powder product. It mixes very well into water as well as coffee. It doesn’t have any strong odors or flavors. I used to use the previous collagen of this brand and that was very good too. I use collagen powder for my joint pain and digestive health. I recover from Peloton rides faster with this product. I would highly recommend it. FYI, this product practically is the same formula as vital proteins but it is much cheaper.

Did not dissolve completely in hot liquid. Did not help joint pain, and I believe more hair fell out while taking it. Hopefully it's different for other people.
