My new favorite ramen. My benchmark for quality tends to be Myojo Chukazanmai which is about as far up the ladder from Top Ramen as you can get, and this is a close second. The excellent noodles are firm, chewy and pick up plenty of the broth. The broth is a little thick, like a curry ramen, but tastes like smoked bonito and soy. The smokiness is pretty strong but in a good way, like good smoked meats. It's not cheap, but if you love good quality instant ramen, it's a great splurge item.
