Q: Is this glow in the dark

Yes it is. Very responsive to light and the glow is bright in the dark.

Q: I need something with full coverage that will cover my whole face and neck. Is this the right product for me? Also, will it run if I am dancing?

yes it will work well, I applied with a small paint brush. however, after 3hrs or so, the make up dries and starts to show cracks.

Q: How liquidy is this liquid makeup? Can i paint it over white cream make up, or will it run everywhere?

It's as liquid as any acrylic paint. When using it in the past, I used a cream-based white makeup and then used a setting powder. Once you use the setting powder, it's like painting on a dry surface. I used a thin paint brush to apply. Also, I've used baby powder and then brushed it off with a blush brush. Hope that helps in your decision!

Q: Can i use this with the Mehron White Clown makeup?

Yes this works perfectly. Let clown makeup dry before applying the black face paint.
