Brace Direct CAM Walker Fracture Boot – Tall Medical Walking Boot for Foot & Ankle Injury Recovery, Rocker-Bottom Support, Size L (US Shoe Men 11.5-13.5 / Women 13-14)

I purchased this walking boot and it was constructed well and was equal to or better than other brands of fixed ankle walking boots. It has a soft interior with padded spacers if you need them for inside the boot. Unfortunately I did return it which was a fast and very easy process through Amazon. My Podiatrist shamed me into buying a specific brand that his office prefers their patience to use. I did not see any difference other than some structural material on the foot strap buckles metal vs. plastic, and the Velcro straps for around the leg portion of the boot were positioned slightly different. I went with my doctors request since they were the same price and perhaps the metal buckles will outlast the plastic buckles.

I broke my ankle and my podiatrist recommended ordering this boot on Amazon. She even looked it up for me so I would know what one to order. Gives me great support.

Broke my ankle. Original brace they put on in the hospital was too large to walk on so once I was able to put weight on the ankle I needed one that fit right. Good quality. Lighter than the other one I had. Only problem is the plastic piece you thread the Velcro thru across the foot & ankle is kind of tight. Have to work at threading it thru since it is low on the side.

This boot is great. It’s comfortable and easy to walk in. I had surgery on the bottom of my foot. So very glad a purchased this boot.

Side stabilizers did NOT stay in place making boot unsafe.

It the same kind my doctor ordered but it would have cost me $269.00,and that’s after my insurance paid there pat. So loved the price. And I can keep my balance walking good. And if I every have to use it again.It made real good.

I didnt like that this had so many straps. The velcro is very very strong to the point I kept breaking my thumb nails trying to take it off. I recommend putting a small piece on the end of the strap so you'd have something to grab on to to take it off.Otherwise it was easier to walk in than other boots I've had. I just needed this until my custome one arrived so I only used it about a month.
