Atwood 91230 White Dual Panel Switch Kit

When I purchase A item off The Net And Find The Item I am looking for And it shows a picture I expect to get the same item in that pic shown if a item changes In any way the the pic should be updated to show item we will receive this is not the item shown and is cheap made looking compared to the one pictures there is no black text and black logo's and the logo's are not even in the same location as pic shows this is BS if your item production process changes your item's visual appearance change your dang picture to reflect whats being purchased this is bull crap and not what was expected also brand is not event the same I do not want a dometic panel my water heater is atwood and the panel was suppose to be too

I purchased this item last year when we upgraded our travel trailer water heater. Here's the honest truth...I'm a woman with no electrical skill or knowledge, use google and learn a lot! Lol. I don't recall instructions being included in this purchase...and beings I was relocating wires from one area to another I did struggle quite a bit understanding what color wires attached to the back of the switch. I did contact atwood to get assistance on the phone and all worked out well. The red light I assumed would be an indicator of when it was in use, but clearly it is not intended for that...although I wish it was. At least if it had an on/off indicator because I don't like to leave it on...but that's why they invented sharpie markers, right? All in all the switch does do what it's supposed to do. It controls turning on gas or electric to heat hot water tank...if I did this...anyone can install this with some determination and patience!

I reordered this hot water heater switch for our Atwood water heater because the first delivery was NOT an Atwood! It was a Dometic AND it had one less wire than needed. My second was the same - - NOT an Atwood!! It doesn’t even look the same. 😩This is FALSE ADVERTISING - - a waste of my time and gas 2 times to return BOTH of them. Totally unsatisfied.

I liked that I could consolidate my water heater control. I didn't like that it was not as pictured or described. The electric and gas picture shown on the switch panel is not highlighted nor is it in the place pictured. It's smaller and the same color as the back ground.

Easy to wire/install; works just like I wanted it to!

The item worked, but did not match photo.

I don't know what kind of switch it is, but not as advertised, but it worked, and that's all that matters.

Good switch, just DOSENT look like thd one listed, but it functions
