Like it but it’s too small. It for decoration with my village.

Adding different types of buildings to my Christmas Village is what I look for. This Hot Cocoa House was so cute and unique. I had to have it.

It came to me with the candy cane on top broken off, it won't stay well with hot glue... I will reglue it every year most likely! Otherwise it is very cute an matches my Christmas Village Collection very well!

This product did not come with a light cord.

This Santa’s Hot Cocoa Cafe is adorable and is a perfect addition to my Christmas village. Came packaged and protected well. Even though it is a different brand than my other pieces, the size and style fits right in while still being unique. Also,the light inside was a beautiful glow. I will definitely look to Department 56 when ready to add to my collection!

Good gift, small and cheap

I bought this for my mother in law for Christmas. It came right on time and it wasn't chipped or cracked anywhere. It also had the Department 56 North Pole Series stamp on the bottom to show that it is legitimate. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.
