I've gotten 3 custom diamond arts. On my first purchase I was worried that either the picture would not come out clear enough or look right color wise. When I received my custom picture I was not disappointed, the picture was clear and the colors matched up perfectly. I definitely recommend this brand over many others, especially for more detailed pictures or pictures with a lot of varying color shades.

I have used this company a few times and have not been disappointed! Best to use photos with a closeup pic of faces. Smaller details tend to blur when you are trying to make out who is in the pic.I chose square drills for this one

Color of the drills DO NOT look anything like the actual photo that I provided. My grandchildren were orange and looked like freaking Oompa Loompas. Time, money and now the frame that I purchased are all wasted as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Now, days before Christmas, I am not able to give this hideous work of art to my daughter as planned. Also, this was the weirdest Diamond Art that I have ever done. The drills are so inconsistent in size. Some are big and some are micro in size. Some are normal in depth and some are very shallow and paper thin and don’t have much of a faceted jewel type of look to it. This makes some parts of the picture stand up higher in some areas and not in other areas…which is weird looking. Being that there is no uniformity of the drill sizing, it also makes it hard to place the drills fast and straight. Beware and take your chances if you purchase this item…

Everything felt like high quality, but even though the pic I sent was not blurry, what I was sent you can’t tell what it is. Maybe I got too big of a canvas for the picture. I wish I was contacted to see if I was willing to go smaller for a clear picture
