My only issue was that the mathematical equation needed some time to figure out. Simply put, if you have a 1 liter bottle, and you set it to drip once every 20 seconds, the bottle will last 5-6 days. 2 liter, will last 10-12 days. It's not a huge amount of water, but it will keep the soil moist, which is perfect for a weekend or week time away from home, or just to make sure the plants will receive some water if you forget to water them.If the water bottle leaks where it inserted, use a couple wraps of teflon tape or push it in tighter.This product works as described.

Waste money doesn’t work

I had high hopes for this product. I needed 1000 ml of water for the time I was out, which was basically 2 16.9 oz water bottles. I know that won't work because they would be dripping at the same time and not consecutively. That wasn't my issue. I has issues with the product's ability to hold up a 16 oz water bottle. The plastic that's supposed to provide stability did not. I ended up putting bamboo sticks to hold up the bottle or lean it against something so that the bottled water would fill up. Very inconvenient.

I went on vacation for 2 weeks and my plants were still okay when I got back home, they needed watering on my arrival home but they did really good with the watering devices I had used, didn"t lose any of the plants (indoor).

No hose to water plants. 😀

The idea is great I just wish it wouldn't leak
