First of all let me start out by saying I absolutely LOVE the original cleaner. It is smooth and gentle on my skin, leaving me refreshed. The original smelled sweet and amazing! So much so I searched everywhere for it. I finally found it here on Amazon and ordered it immediately. To my surprise, when I opened it, it did NOT smell like it is supposed to. The one I received had more of a “citrusy cleaner” smell. Nothing like the original that I got several months ago. But I went ahead and tried it. It is not as smooth and malleable as the original, and didn’t lather the same. So perhaps I got the wrong product in the right packaging? Or the formula changed. One thing is for sure, I am NOT pleased with this purchase. I want the sweet smelling gentle cleanser I got. Not this knockoff cleanser.It appears the same, and is thick like the same, but it is NOT the same!

I looked everywhere for this and finally decided to order 2 jars from Amazon so that I wouldn't run out for a while. Big mistake! This product is way off. I've used this facial cleanser before and absolutely loved it, so I was excited to see it on Amazon. What I got was awful, it is too thin. It seemed to be liquid hand soap with a bit of gel and a ton of fragrance. It does not lather correctly, the lather is like hand soap, not like any Kiwi Botanicals facial cleanser that I've ever used. Most importantly, it is burning my skin! I don't know what this is, but it's not the same. Back this goes.

I was looking for raw honey and this product popped up, I didn't even read into lol but it's not raw honey (I'm dumb) but I tried it and it made my face feel smooth but also dry and a little itchy. I used it 2 more times and realized the itch was an irritation that would get worse with each use. Im not overly oily so I'm wondering if that's why it wasn't going well with my skin 🤔. But yeah, I'm gunna give it to my friend who is apparently super oily, maybe it'll work for him

I’ve been using this product for over a year and couldn’t be happier! My face feels smooth and moist. It seems to melt away any particles.The amount I use is much less than called for in the instructions and it works fine. Lasts a long time!
