I bought these glasses because I was having cataract surgery on both eyes, and I thought I would be wearing a see through patch over both my eyes that would need to be covered. I didn't end up with patches to wear home, just some to wear at night. However, I was glad I had theses glasses because they wrap around your eyes and protect against sunshine coming in from the sides. My eyes were very dilated after the surgery and when I went outdoors to go home the sunshine was painful. These glasses protected me from that bright light, and I was thankful I had them with me. If you wear regular glasses and want sunglasses you can put over them, these would work very well. I would definitely recommend these to a friend.

My search is finally over! These are the best fit over sunglasses I have ever had! I've been in glasses since I was 2--that's over 2 decades', now--and b/c I also suffer from ocular albinism, my eyes are very sensitive to the light--in all seasons.When I say that these are "just what I needed", I am being completely honest! So, if you have poor vision and need fit over sunglasses, I would highly recommend these! I have heard that the only thing better than these are what they issue the military! :)

I've already left a review on these, and left 3-stars. I did that review after only one night.Well, I moved these to the 5-star; I gave them a chance. For a week now, I've been comparing them. Meaning, while driving, I'd put them on, lift them up (to see the difference) down, up......Now I cannot drive at night without them. I'd said there was a still a glare. That is true, but it really isn't near as bad; it's worse with white lights. Yep, everything is yellow, but that is what cuts the discomfort. I'm sorry I left that review, because I did not give these a chance, and yes, I would drive the city with them. A++++ I am buying a backup.

I noticed that sunlight effected my tremors so I've decided to try sunglasses to see if they helped. To drive I needed prescription sunglasses, so I bought this pair to wear while driving. So far so good. They fit over my glasses and look good, not a bad price. My idea about the sunlight and my tremors, there may be something to it. It may take some time to see if sunglasses help. Nothing ventured nothing gained.

I wear these while driving over my prescription glasses all the time. Unless the sun is right in yout view this is all you need. In daylight Makes driving easier in daylight, nights and rain. Especially night time rain.
