-This is a great blend, definitely some evidence based ingredients for immune support.-Price is not bad either, at around $13 per bottle (states 45 servings per bottle).-However, looking at some of these doses, if you're trying to deal with symptoms of influenza-like-illness, or were exposed to something and want to get in front of it, the proper dosage here is probably closer to 2 pills x 3 times per day.-For example:Zinc: 2 veg caps = 10mg. A normal daily dose is 25mg, a dose for acute symptoms should be 50mg.Vitamin A: 2 veg caps = 1,000mcg. A normal daily dose is 1,000-2,000mcg. A dose for acute symptoms should be closer to 5,000mg.Elderberry: 2 veg caps = 67mg. For treating cold or flu symptoms, average dose is 650-1,500mg.I could go on, just about everything here is a pretty low dose. I realize there's a physical limit to what they can pack into a veg cap, but just realize if you get this and just take 2 per day thinking they're going to help with cold/flu symptoms, you may be disappointed. For me personally, one or two per day is great for prevention only, but for acute symptoms I would probably take closer to 6 per day.

I've been using this product for several years and it helps me boost my immune system, especially during the cold, icky winter months. Great product!

I was not very sure of these capsules. Maybe just the placebo effect? I did not get sick while taking them, but I was not able to determine if my immune system had a response.Not sure what my expectations were. They were easy to take and the bottle was easy to use.

When it comes to the season when things are gearing up for when people get sick and things go around, there are many different things I like to keep on hand to battle this. Once in a while a really nice combination of these things comes out and I like to explore them as well.HOW THIS COMESThis comes in a white opaque bottle with a purple flip top cap.PILL SIZEThe pills are typical size for swallowing when they put powder into a gel cap. They are not hard to swallow.ANY PROBLEMS?I have had no issues taking these. There were no headaches, no digestive upset, burping or other issues.DO THEY HELP?This is a tough question to answer about this supplement. It is geared toward prevention, so if you don't get sick, you can assume it is working. So, in answer to that, since taking this, I have not gotten sick, despite being around some who have been ill here and there.THE BOTTOM LINEThis is a great supplement for prevention during illness season. It supports the lungs and also immunity. I am impressed so far and would consider a future purchase for sure.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. When I turned 50, I decided it was a good time to begin taking some supplements to assist in the aging process. I also wanted to do everything I could to boost my immune system during the pandemic.I started taking daily elderberry supplements back in March 2020, and I have not been sick for a single day since I started (well, except for the day after my second COVID vaccine!). I don't know if it is the result of the elderberry, but I am happy nonetheless. I recently switched to this immune support supplement, hoping it might protect my immune system even better than the elderberry. I have not noticed any negative side effects at all from this supplement. I also haven't noticed any positive improvement, but I never did feel any positive effects from the elderberry supplement I was using either. That's one of the sad realities of taking vitamins, minerals, and other supplements. We don't often feel the benefits of them, so we don't know if they are working. We have to just put blind faith in them.
