These are beautiful valances. A couple things you should know:I ordered the blue and the colors are pretty much as pictured BUT the background color is not white. It's closer to beige. Factor that into your decision. Also,the valances are very long. I put them together with a 36" cafe panel on my windows and there is no uncovered gap between valence and panel.The valances let a small amount of light through, but they've helped darken the room. I think I'll appreciate this feature more in the summer than now, in a New England January.Well made and very pretty, a good purchase.

Colors are exact and looks great when it’s up

Excellent quality material, very pleasantly surprised about the excellent quality. Semi opaque light filtering curtains, but nice because you can keep them closed for privacy which they are thick enough material to provide light filling whole room while closed of you need both privacy and light.Not room darkening but bring a joyful color ans spirit into the room of whimsy and nature. Love them because my room was so mundane until these. They brought my whole room together.
