Organic Fischer and Wieser Razzpotle Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce, 40-Ounce Bottle

I discovered this stuff at the source...Fredericksburg Texas. This Raspberry Chipotle sauce is sweet, spicy, smokey joy in a bottle. I used to buy it at Costco, but they discontinued it. I found it at a local grocer but they were getting almost ten bucks for and itty bitty bottle. I discovered a less than version made by Trader Joes....they discontinued it! What's a guy to do? Check Amazon! They carry a big bottle for a reasonable price. This stuff is great on meat, but my favorite use is on grilled salmon. I add half and avocado on top for the full Omega 3 fatty goodness.

I cannot say enough good things about this product as it has been my go-to now going on ten years, pour it over a block of cream cheese when unexpected company drops by, and serve with any type of crackers, or bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenos, and grilled salmon basted with this sauce is amazing as well super delish on baby back ribs, a little goes a long way, and it has an excellent best by life. It is hard to find even the small bottles in stores anymore, so please keep the larger bottle here for purchase as the value is outstanding.

I first experienced Roasted Raspberry hot sauce when I visited Avery Island in Louisiana, but it was at the Tobasco plants Gift Shop. I bought several bottles because it is only available on Avery Island, or from their online store. I decided to try this first, and it is ALMOST as good. The Tobasco company just has a way of making pepper sauce that nothing can compete with, but this comes close.

Great to have a product without corn syrup (no tolerance for corn) to enhance different recipes---I add about 1/4 cup each, of this and applesauce to ground beef before making patties for grilled hamburgers; and good to add to stews for a little extra taste without a lot of heat!; and for a BBQ sauce for brisket, I use equal parts of this with tomato ketchup (no corn syrup, of course!)

This isa wonderful product, tasty though it might be a bit too spicy for some it provides a little salad dressing don't usually have

Try a bit of this sauce over a 1/8" thick slice of mozzarella cheese topped with a basil leaf from the garden. YUM! It isn't hot or spicy but it is very flavorful.

Love this stuff! I make a chicken and waffles dish with this and it’s killer. Also great with a goat cheese or soft cheese and crackers! Came fast!

Delish! Heated for a great chicken tenders dipping sauce. Sweet and spicy....Not overly spicy, just perfect! Would also be great poured over cream cheese and served with crackers!
