This supplement is supplied in a dark brown plastic bottle. I assume the colour of the bottle is to help filter out parts of the light spectrum and hence protect the contents. My bottle was double security sealed on both the cap and over the neck of the bottle. It contains 120 clear capsules that would last between 60 and 120 days depending on the daily dose.The capsules are easy to swallow and did not catch or stick on the way down. I would normally take any tablets with a good drink and with food and that also appears to be the recommendation on the bottle.It is early days for me but I am looking forward to the promised benefits. If the benefits have not appeared by the time I have finished the bottle I will come back and update. So far I have had no adverse effects and I feel stronger and less tired. This supplement is reasonably priced for the quantity and it would seem that the range of ingredients should cover a lot of bases/benefits. In my opinion they are certainly worth a try but as ever the choice must be yours.
