Horze Finntack Pro Cooling Wrap Therapy Horse Boot Onse Size Bleu

There was only one boot and we found 2 for the same price so no it did not meet our expectations

After having a horse recently try to founder, this was a great investment for me! I recommend everyone to have a set of these on hand in case of emergency. I will now be using these after a hard work out to cool my gelding down. They are easy to use, are exactly as described and have worked wonderfully. They actually hold the cold longer than advertised and you can tell where they have pulled heat from and most importantly, THEY STAY PUT! My horse is able to walk without rubbing them together and can also trailer him with them if needed. They fit perfectly in a cooler for when traveling. My friends are impressed and ordered a set for themselves. I ordered a set of 4 and was able to purchase them for less cost than a pair of another brand that were much more bulky. Update: 9/10/19. I am still using these wraps a year later and if I could give them an even higher rating I would! Even more pleased w them.

SELLER NEVER RESPONDED so I'm forced to write this, my 1st negative review ever on Amazon. I bought the 2 blue "Horze Finntack Pro Cooling therapy IceWrap for horses" ice boots at full price & was told Finntack was high quality. I carefully dried the boots each time so they wouldn't stick together the next time of use. I kept dirt off them. I made sure my horse didn't step on them. In less than 3 months the STRAP POPPED OFF as I was putting it onto my horses leg. The threads just came loose there. The same boot, when I was drying it after use that day, with a clean washcloth, opened up a hole the size of a pencil eraser. When I touched it, I felt the white freezer goo from inside, which then came out of the hole a bit. So I immediately brought it home, dried it thoroughly, and put duct tape over the hole before refreezing. I see more loose threads at several places of stitching on both boots. WORST of ALL, the seller NEVER RESPONDED when I reached out to him and Amazon wouldn't refund my money because of course, it was past 30 days. Well, the boots should last longer than 3 months!! I have pictures but don't know how to put them on the site here on my laptop. DEAR SELLER please refund me & contact me if you want me to return both boots for a new pair. This dressage horse needs these ice boots to help protect her legs after every ride. To others: do NOT buy, at least not the blue iceboots from This SELLER.

The cooling wrap is strong and sturdy... and provides a nice long chill. I store it in the freezer and it's still totally flexible when I take it out. It did a great job of cooling. My little old man (gelding) was okay with it while he was standing totally still. Unfortunately, the minute he realized his fetlock/pastern area was less mobile than he was expecting, he reacted negatively. I'll not be able to continue to use it on him at this time but will attempt (once again) to get him acclimated to it (once he's feeling bette)r. In the meanwhile, it's in the freezer, waiting.

Finntack cooling boots are extremely durable and easy to use. I am very happy with this purchase and feel that these are a better option than some of the higher priced icing boots that require you to insert ice packs. The ice packs are built into these and all you have to do is store them in your freezer. I am icing my rehab horse daily and this is a quick and easy option. Wish they made a hock boot!
