I have enjoyed learning about the fruits of the spirit and how the fruits of our spirit effect a woman’s everyday life. This book is such an inspiration.

This book is a must have for women. It was so easy to read and inspiring. I got so much out of it that I ordered a few more for my DIL to have and enjoy. Buy this book you will be glad you did

I am in a book study right now by Elizabeth George on the fruits of the spirit. It is a very useful book for describing what they are and how to have them. Mostly they are gifts given to you by God, including the Holy Spirit Himself. He is actually a gift given by God to people who abide in Him by obeying His commandments. Yep those ten commandments those are the ones. The study is around 5-7 people discussing chapters and definitions, its a very good book for a study group or to read on your own.

Awesome daily guidance. Continually she references scripture passages that are inspiring for the daily struggles we experience in our every thoughts & walk in the real world. The reflections she reminds of us of the desciples and their struggles with doing that which is Christlike and struggling to not do what they don't want to do is so encouraging to know & remember. As there are trials each step we take & God teaches us throughout these trials of everyday life. We are in this world, but with Christ we can take His yoke and release all those burdens to Him so we don't become anxious, overwhelmed and physically sick. Each page is full of these uplifting, freeing references which can also lead to a deeper guidance to passages in the Bible for further reading. I previously struggled where to look in the Bible for my daily devotions but now with this books guidance I'm finding many passages to further God's direction, promises & His will for me becoming more Christlike. I have her other book Loving God with All Your Mind & it's awesome as well.

The questions in the study section prompted a lot of good discussions in our Bible Study group. We combined them with a set of Scriptures for each fruit.

Love it

Through this journey I've discovered that the key to expressing the Fruits of the Spirit's main ingredient is LOVE. No one can love like the Savior but we are to do our very best to love others as He loves us. It gives guidance in how to develop and express the Fruits of the Spirit. I am blessed and better equipped for taking this study to cultivate God's fruits in my daily life. Thank you Elizabeth George for following God's leading to share what He has laid on your heart. Excellent book.
