I use this on me and my dog. It helps her when in thunderstorms, it’s the only thing that has helped! the dog and the human versions are interchangeabl, only difference is dog version is in Glycerin and this one is in an alcohol base. You can spray in on your self and pet as well as taking it orally! I’m a fan!

I actually bought this for my Boxer, Mugsy, who had severe seizures and would cry all night. When I gave him Rescue Remedy, he quieted right down. I also took it and just about put me to sleep. Good stuff for your dog and yourself

Helpful for my 19+ y.o. dog's dementia. She cries out and barks less in the middle of the night. Naps more peacefully with less jerking of her legs.

Can't expect it to work like medication or anything but, for a natural remedy, it's not bad. It does take the edge off in about 10 - 15 minutes for me. It tastes like vodka though. lol
