I believe the device sent was a knock off. What was ordered was a "Freecube" Smart Plug-in Dimmer. When you look at the Amazon description the name "Freecube" is stamped on the front of the device. As you can see from the picture there is nothing (no name) stamped. There was also no name (Freecube) on the box or in the instructions. Also, I could not get it to pair to my Google Home system although it was advertised to be compatible. I will be returning it for a refund.

So far so.... ok. I ordered a 2 pack of these smart plugs about a week back so I can't comment on longevity. When they arrived 1 of the 2 made a high pitched sound constantly while plugged in accompanied by a series of clicking (almost like an arching) sound. The other one in the package seemed in better shape. After fighting a bit with the app, I figured out the pairing process they were looking for and got them integrated over into the Alexa App. The functional plug works as advertised and (as of right now) is still working as intended.When I contacted the company about the faulty plug, their first response was that it was "normal". Needless to say I found this a bit unnerving but after another e-mail exchange they offered me a make-good code and I've ordered another set. It's entirely possible I just happened to get a bad one, and I appreciate them offering me a free code, but the fact that their first response was basically not to worry about it is why I can't go higher than 3 stars on this one.

Easy to set up, but I had to disable my 5ghz signal to do so. For some reason even though I have both, it wasnt allowing me to connect when the 5ghz was enabled. Once I did that, it took me a few seconds to connect them. Super fast. Then I just switched back on my 5ghz and tested them, and they worked fine. Definitely worth buying. I have my candle warmers connected up to these to create a little evening ambiance in advance for when I get home from work. I havent tried the voice commands or any of that, and I probably wont either. Super great price. No complaints.

Love these! I originally bought another brand that were circular but they blocked the second plug in the outlet. These can fit two in one outlet! A little tight but it fits! Super easy to set up and though I don’t have Alexa, it’s easy to set up with Siri on my phone. The Smart Life app has a lot of great features, like scheduling and a random setting for time away. I have of lamps and things that aren’t connect to a wall switch so this makes shutting everything down so much easier! I’m looking forward to using them with the Christmas lights!

As of today, they wet work with the second version of tuya convert. So you can flash ESPhome or tazmota.

I wish these would have worked... I have an outdoor smart plug for when we use seasonal decorations and that thing is awesome!!! These wouldn't connect to my internet no matter what I did. Either of them. I tried all the ways they suggested and nothing. So maybe I got a couple of faulty plugs. I dont know. I contacted the company for support and they sent me the link to some girls Facebook in china..... not at all helpful.

Like: High amperage rating (16A) for switch, covers only one outlet, can be manually operated, ease in setup in Smart Life and Alexa apps, status LEDs, good quality materialsDislikes: Difficult to see manual pushbutton on front, size is a bit large compared to other plugs, Smart Life app's GUI could be better, status LED is a bit small & color assignments appear to be reversed, e.g., red LED for ON status.

Was a tad bit disappointing, i wanted two circuits, and all you get is 1 circuit with two outlets. Otherwise dimmed my LED lights just fine. Has a setting to limit the upper and lower thresholds which is a nice feature.
