Weight - Suitcase John Deere

This is just as described. I bought this suitcase weight for my Heavy Hitch on a John Deere 1025R tractor. This weight is the least expensive even with shipping of any weight I searched out on the internet. Note: I did have to file out the notch a little at the front of the weight as the locking rod would not slide through. And I will probably repaint the weights as the green paint does not match the John Deere green. The last two items are no big deal to me considering the price.

Its a tractor weight, it looks like the John Deere suitcase weight, does what it is suppose to do, weigh down the tractor, cheaper than John Deere, works just has good.

BUT IT ONLY WEIGHS 42 LBS SO WHY DO THEY CHARGE SO MUCH FOR THE THING YOU COULD BE BETTER OFF WELDING A BUCKET AND FILLING IT WITH ROCKS IF THE SOLD IT FOR A DOLLAR A POUND THEY WOULD MAKE THEIR MONEY AND SELL TONS MORE BUT AT ROUGHLY 2 DOLLARS A POUND PLUS SHIPPING I WAS NOT EXCITED

Yup, they are green and heavy and hold down the front end of my John Deere 425 tractor when mowing steep banks

Perfect and much cheaper than the John Deere version for s fraction of the cost.

Great weight at a great price.

Ordered 8 weights. Poorly packed and arrived banged up so will need to repaint all of them...also, not the same as shown in the ad *(see pic) does NOT have the round cut out end as displayed online. Won’t be able to check fit for a month so will improve rating if they fit well...after all...it is just weight.
