Custom Accessories 25400 Blue 12V LED Micro Interior Accent Light

I actually used this to replace a burned out dashboard light. It is an old car with well over 200,000 miles on it. The dash light went out, and it wasn't a fuse. So instead of taking things apart (and you know when you fool around with old things like that, things just don't seem to work right when you put them back!!) This was a VERY good solution to being able to see the dashboard without spending tons of money and without much labor. I just used sticky tack poster putty to stick one of the lights at a good angle. There is a nice channel/seam on the dash so the cord was easily tucked in there using a penny. There are stickers on the back of them, but I used the poster putty so it would be easy to remove or re-position. I REALLY like that it has an on/off switch and that the switch glows (so you don't accidentally leave it on.) We just let the other light sort of under the middle console. Not because we needed a light there, but just because we had the extra. It makes it really nice to find things in your purse or to find things you may drop. Since it isn't attached, I just pick it up and hold it near anything I might need! Like a mini flashlight! I probably could just cut off the other string, but I like having a spare little light!

I'm using these LED Accent Lights to illuminate the two cup-holders in my 2012 Ford Fusion.. Later models have the LED's built in so I decided to try these Accent Lights and I couldn't be happier!! Very bright and a very deep blue light gives my console a very "cosmic" look.. Also, the plug in (I use a three socket splitter for my other devices) is illuminated in the same color as the two LED's when you hit the on/off switch. That was a nice surprise as, when I asked the Amazon Community that question, I was told there's no on/off indicator light. Well.. There is and it's the exact same light as the two LED's.. As a matter of fact the on/off indicator light is so bright it lights up my console, above the cup holders where the two LED lights are attached and even slightly illuminates the front bucket seats. Amazing!! Also, each light has a tiny piece of tape to keep it in place (I purchased "Gorilla Tape" to keep the lights in place a bit tighter than the tape provided) and around six feet of wire is provided so they can be placed virtually anywhere in your vehicle. I need to pick up a bag of wire ties as the one (1) provided is not enough to hold all that wire sitting next to my splitter yet that not a big deal obviously.. If you need additional lighting in your vehicle, definitely buy these lights here in Amazon! They're absolutely perfect!!

I had bought these a few years back in a retail store and when I saw them on Amazon I knew I had to buy them again.I bought two more so I could give them to each of my daughters.Consoles in the cars are very dark and these lights really brighten the area up.

The lights do the job of illuminating my dashbard guages. The adhesive sticks well. However, the switch has an annoyingly bright light that I've had to cover.

Exactly what I was looking for. My dash lights on my old crusty car stopped working, new fuses just kept popping so I got these to light up my speedo and other gauges. Works awesome!! I would buy again and referred to a friend.

Great little accent light for my older Toyota Camry. I had a hard seeing the heat controls was way to dark in the car. This solved the problem perfectly. The blue light mutes the brightness a bit w I have had these lights for a couple months now and seem to be holding up well.

Power switch is located on the back of the 12V plug and my problem is that it will only stay on while pushing on the switch.

bought for illuminating dash. No place to mount lights that will do this.
