Made in India. Like them because you can padlock it to hitch where safety chain attachment points are and through the handle loop of pin.

You have to trim the rubber coating if you need 4".
To get the advertised 4" usable pin length you will have to trim the rubber coating that overflows from the handle onto the hitch pin shaft almost 1/4".
