This battery arrived quickly and fit well in my Thinkpad L440. The battery came with about 45% charge and quickly charged up to 99% then 100% a little later. I have it unplugged now to see what kind of life it will get in "Max Performance" mode, which has the highest drain. One thing I'm real happy about is I didn't get the dreaded message that the computer doesn't recognize or otherwise doesn't like the battery. I've had this with some other non-factory replacement batteries on occasion.The battery meter is hunting a bit as it can't decide exactly how much battery time is remaining. It goes from 1:40 to 2:09. Still hunting . . . but I hope as it gets used to the new battery that this will settle out to something more accurate. If it all looks good after testing a bit, I'll give it a 5 star.UPDATE: It went a full two hours on Max Performance mode, which doesn't seem bad. It is a little less capacity than the original Lenovo battery - the old batt was 57 Wh and the new one is 48Wh. But for the price I think it's pretty decent. And if I wanted longer time I would run it on something more towards a power miser mode.1 Month Update: The computer's battery meter never really settled out, which means the computer doesn't fully recognize this battery. It's still a good deal, but I'm reducing it to 4 star because it isn't 100% Lenovo compatible.

Battery works great. While it's not a long-term battery like the one I replaced (which was supposed to last 9 years and only kept that kind of charge less than one year) this one seems to be holding it's own at about 3.5 hours. It's still new, so we'll see. I hope it works longer than the other one!

Love this new battery for my laptop, I can watch a full movie plus play time on my laptop before I need to recharge it.
