Yarn Tarot: For Crocheters, Knitters, Spinners, and Weavers (Modern Tarot Library)

I have adored this deck since I received it. It comes in a sturdy box that I keep it in, and worry less about the cards going somewhere or getting damaged by small hands with sticky fingers. I also liked that the included booklet has a hardback cover. The suggested layouts for readings were somewhat new to me, and approachable.The art is definitely to my taste, and I've enjoyed discovering each card over and over again as I do readings or shuffle the deck. The only issue I would take is that the suit of coins is represented by cross-stitched squares. Surely they could've been rounded more? In the grand scheme of things, it's a small quibble, but it does bug me.One thing I enjoy about this particular deck and booklet is that the book tends to focus on certain themes and maintains a generally positive outlook. There are more negative cards, of course, but the writing is non-judgemental and usually leaves me feeling comforted. I can and will search for other interpretations to get a wider view of the situation, but looking the cards up in the booklet first is an enjoyable exercise for me.

A fellow youtuber did a review of this deck on her channel. I fell in love with them. I love the art on each card. This is a great addition to the decks that I already have. I highly recommend them if you are a crocheted or knitter and love tarot cards. Or this is a perfect gift for a friend or loved one who loves these types of things.

Love this! Clearly the creator is a fiber person. Sticks to the RWS imagery and easy to read. Cards are not too big or small. They are not super thick like some of the other specialty decks. I still can’t shuffle worth anything but that’s me, not the cards.The colours are perfect. Muted yet vibrant. There’s true diversity. Not just a couple of people of colour stuck in like an afterthought.There are so many fiber arts represented as well. And yarn. So much yarn. My heart is so happy using this deck!These cards have become my new favourite!

The cards are beautiful, not too large, the cards are not shiney and matte which is great for shuffling. The little booklet is actually a good quality with a hardcover. The packaging survived being stolen off my porch and chucked out of a car down the road with barely a dent in the box.My only complaint is the improper use of a term thats culturally appropriated. Talking about smudging when you're talking about smoke cleansing the deck. Just surprised that would be the term used when that's a closed practice.

I am an avid crocheter and knitter and fiber arts play a huge part in my life. I have been wanting to get back into tarot for a while now and saw this deck and ordered it as soon as I had some extra cash. I keep it on the table next to my bed and it makes me happy to see it there every day. I do a weekly single card drawing and have really enjoyed getting back into practice.

Speedy delivery (was pleasantly surprised when it arrived). Good packaging. Item is in excellent shape and gorgeous!

For the fiber artist and card collector:They are a very darling novelty! Nice artwork, very nice hardback book, sturdy box.For the reader:Cute but I’d be nervous shuffling and end up with a bent card or few. Cards are not coated and on the flimsy side, IMO. The sturdy box is nice but I wish they put some of that strength into the cards themselves.As a fiber arts gal and collector, I will be keeping these. If I bought them only to read, I would probably return.

Pretty art, but too many of the cards do not have images depicting fiber arts. Card stock is matte and a bit flimsy for frequent use. The lwb is hardcover, which is a nice touch. And the box is very sturdy. Overall, I’m glad I didn’t pay the suggested retail price.

Ho acquistato questo mazzo incuriosita dalla tematica scelta ed attratta dal prezzo in offerta e devo dire che ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative, forse anche di più!Qualità delle carte eccellente, grafica ed immagini simpatiche ed originali, non ho ancora iniziato a lavorare con loro ma sicuramente è un pezzo interessante da aggiungere alla vostra collezione di mazzi speciali!

Che brutte, mi spiace, non parlano, sono fredde … le ho tenute solo per il prezzo..

The cards are no fills, none of the golden gilded edges or mysterious looking back. Nonetheless, they are very lovely, you just feel happy looking at them, and they are easy to shuffle. Somehow I feel that the colours look better physically. Love the inclusiveness, especially the 2 of cups. :) One of the best things in life is probably when 2 of your hobbies/passions are combined into 1.
