3stars because the best thing about them is the weight....they are very very light and if you spend many hour standing or walking they will make your life very very comfortableWhen I buy them I knew already how they will fit my feet as I had one pair before, they are slightly large on the heels but it's ok as the strap keep the shoe in position and this allows you to have more room if you need to enlarge the strap.I have a thin pair of feet, this shoes has enough room for my feet inside without moving around my feet.They are squeaky in some surfaces(not all of them), so if you can't stand it don't buy them. As well the feet tend to sweet but if you have thin feet like me you can fit a carbon insole and the problem disappears.About watertight...if the water comes from upside it wont go onto them, but if you wear them outside and you step on a puddle...your feet will be completely soaked
