I bought 5 of these for our graduating residents. They arrived at my house much quicker than I had expected, which worked out perfectly for an upcoming event. They were study and the colors were vibrant. Each mug was packaged individually with a box, which made is easy to gift. I would recommend this company!

I bought my granddaughter several gifts and she like this the best. It is a keepsake. She said she will show to her children when they are in college. It is a great gift to give to a graduate.

The cup turned out exactly what I ordered and is perfect and within my budget.There was a slight issue with shipping, but not the seller's fault. Shipping (as you all must know) is a gamble right now anyway what with the holidays and the cargo ships off shore clogging up everything. But I have to tell you... the customer service was, bar none, the best I've ever experienced. The seller responded to my emails IMMEDIATELY, not once, not twice but 3 times over the last couple of weeks.I HIGHLY recommend this man's products and his customer service!!!Oh, and the grad that I gave the mug to said he loved it and was really impressed that it was personalized with his name and grad year on it. It's definitely a keeper... It doesn't get any better than that.

I purchased this mug as a graduation gift for my daughter. It arrived with a piece if the rim chipped off. The company sent a replacement mug right away. My daughter loves this mug and it is a great keepsake to commemorate her achievement in a very difficult time.
