The bottle size is 7.3ml (.25fl.oz)

Q: Can this be used as regular polish or does it have to be set with a lamp? I’m told some can.

It’s a gel polish, so it needs to be cured with a lamp or else it will not dry. You also need a gel foundation (base) and a gel top coat.

Q: How is this brand and how is the quality？

I find the quality comparable to gel polishes I have purchased and used like Gelish and ASP. They are definitely better than China Glaze and Fingerpaints. Maybe not as good as OPI gels. For the price tho, they can’t be beat!
