Cheap Chinese knock off. Poor quality, fell it pieces, poor packaging, no instructions. No nothing. Just a 2 cheap balls with elastic in a random box, with awful Velcro which falls off. Crappy head band. Threw straight in the bin. Must be fake compared to what they are buying in the USA. First review such was the utter garbage of this product.

Just arrived, and here's initial thoughts; 1) so easy to set up! I looked at other reviews on similar products that said, 'no instructions etc.' This has 3 balls, each with their own elastic band & velcro strap. This means it will last 3x longer. Not switching the elastic between each ball. 2) headband fits easily & can accommodate a hat, hoodie when I'm cold etc. 3) start with the black or red ball as they are SOFT!! My kids are cracking up when I get hit in the face but with the soft balls (no jokes) they don't hurt 4) surprising cardio side as your heart rate goes up when there's a chance you're going to get hit in the face!! 5) It's just fun. 6) my hand eye coordination improves every time I use it. I've continued to use this product for six months. I continue to appreciate the velcro adjustable slender headband. Getting the length of the string is key and does take some patience. Hold tennis ball ( actually easier to use than the red or black balls, in my opinion) in palm and estimate proper tie down length at upper forehead. I wrapped the head strap with several loops of the string to help with the length adjustment. Also get some racquetball safety goggles ( so you will be bold and unafraid of the tennis ball recoil;) and get some ROX mma inner gloves to protect your knuckles. Which ball to use? Because the tennis ball is heavier, you have more time to react to the recoiling ball. The other two balls are much lighter and recoil faster. I use this in place of a speed bag. I use it as a warm up device for RSB classes.

The string is a little long. I have sort arms so I just wrap the string around the headband until I make sure the ball is at the same length as my fist. I recommend buying this product specifically from this vendor. It came to me as a full set (all three balls). My son bought this product from another vendor and it took him 2 months to receive it and It only had one ball included. :o(Buy this product from this vendor for your money's worth.

This is super fun and awesome to improve hand eye coordination, but a couple of things: the string can get spun around a few times while punching, and won't always respond appropriately (I understand that the ball can go in all directions), but rather than a random direction, it sometimes "glitches" because the string is twisted; secondly, after about a week of use, the ball and string came apart on the black ball. It was easy to put back together (need a needle), but what can you expect from something under $20. All in all, my family, friends, and I are enjoying it a lot!

This product is for improving speed and accuracy with ur workout. The value was tremendous for the amount paid.
