Well, I finally used this product. Not a bad slicer, however kind of difficult for me to use. I was hoping that it would make slicing my watermelons and cantaloupes easy work, but kind of difficult.

The idea was sound.....
Nothing to write home about. Not the neatest tool I have ever used. Cut has a tendency to wonder if you aren't paying close attention , leaving somewhat of a mess.

It is not as easy to used as it seem on tv or otherwise. You need a lot of strength to maneuver the slicer to get what you need.

Nice Slicer.
I use daily for slicing Water Melon. I am loving the way it works as a slicer. Only flaw is the cutting tip/string, comes out often.

Works pretty well - but does take practice to get it right.
