Missing hardwear
Compass was missing 1 piece of hardwear for the sunscreen the screw was missing went through the box and nothing it's really no big deal i can go to the hardwear store but when you buy something new it should be complete. The compass seems to be great quality also note it is not refillable. Now i realize that the light does not work not only was it missing hardwear but no light i wonder if this was an open box item how dissapointing will never do buisness with ritchie again quality has gone way downhill second time in my life buying a compass from them and have to return it cause of incompetance on there part.

Awesome small boat tool!
Extremely fast shipping...this was installed surface mount on my 18 foot Carolina. Skiff. And works perfectly...suggest that you verify calibration after mounting. Easy fix. Rey solid and lighted for night use.
