Float does the job
What I liked about this product is how perfectly buoyant it is on the ocean surface. The delivery box came in damaged, but the hard float was perfectly intact. I’m personally from Hawaii and spearfish while freediving, so I use this float with a stringer attached to string the fish I catch, which was super simple with no hassle. Advise to purchase a longer tag line if you’re starting out on spear fishing (depending on the depth you’re diving in). The only down side to this is the flag will fall off of the mount in choppy conditions, which could cause a dangerous situation if you’re diving near boating activities. Set aside from that, this product is perfect for free diving and scuba diving. Use product with discretion. Used this product a few times, and hasn’t failed me yet. Mahaloz!

It’s a hard plastic (thick enough & hollow)I peeled off their sticker & put Hawaiian flower stickers on mine to decorateGreat for swimming long distance & snorkeling.Great for resting on to catch your breath (for one)OrHolding onto handles to rest a bit (2 ppl) …while staying immersed in the water while holding the handy - handlesGet yourself some para-cord rope & securely tie it to the float & your waist so you won’t lose it & for safety. Might NOT come with rope, can’t recall.

The last buoy you’ll ever need
I bought this buoy because I use an underwater scooter. It doesn’t matter how far I have to go to find lobster, it’s impossible to lose sight of this buoy. Even if you’re faced towards the Sun. The flag is extremely helpful and the materials on this purchase will outlast the rest of my scuba gear. When you open that package, you’ll see exactly why.

I bought this a a present for a deep water fisherman. He uses it 2-3 times a week. So far he is very satisfied with this product. It is strong, but not too heavy. In particular he likes the fact that he can hang his fish in there while he goes back into the water to continue fishing.
